Project Description
Marblehead Municipal Light Department was a complete renovation to a historical building in Marblehead, MA. To maintain its exterior historical value, G.V.W. completed repointing and repairing of the brick façade. Metal windows and storefront were installed for sustainability. Also, geothermal wells were installed to reach LEED criteria. For the interior renovation, G.V.W. installed glass partitions to create an open office concept. We also installed new ceramic tiles, LVT, carpet, and acoustical ceiling throughout the building.
