Project Description

This project involved a complete demolition of the existing DPW building which included pile foundations, salt storage building, concrete pier foundations, and a fueling island. Construction of the new building included vehicle storage, two maintenance bays, a wash bay, 12,500SF of administration spaces and garage support areas, including employee offices, conference rooms, tool and parts storage, locker rooms, toilets, laundry, and break rooms. The building is a single story except a 2^nd-floor mezzanine area where electrical and IT rooms are located.
