Project Description
This project consisted of masonry, waterproofing, roofing and drainage repairs, landscape plantings, irrigation, storm drainage repairs and paving replacement. Repairs to portions of the State House exterior walls, terraces, plazas, stairs, retaining walls, storm sewers, and other miscellaneous components that were damaged due to weather and water infiltration. Project was completed while building was operational and remained open for government and public businesses throughout the duration of the renovations.
